The hotel dining scene is a winner! Breakfast was a hit, with a massive selection that belies its cafeteria vibe, and the sweet kindness of the staff added to the charm. Don’t miss exploring nearby eateries like Meson Algeciras for authentic local flavors and the delightful La Canalla Tapas y Copas for some tasty bites.
On the flip side, while the room was cozy, I missed having a coffee maker, which is often a standard in Spain. The vending machine coffee on the floor was an option, but you can’t beat a fresh brew first thing in the morning!

The room was spacious and the beds were SUPER comfortable! The noisy bus station below was a bit irritating. Overall, decent for a night stay before heading to Gibraltar. 😴

A fair review – pros and cons
Good-sized room provided a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was satisfying, offering both salty and sweet options. Its location next to transportation hubs was a huge plus!
Noise from the nearby bus station interrupted sleep, and the outdated bathroom fixtures felt off-putting—definitely not the modern comfort one hopes for.

Comfort in the heart of Algeciras
The hotel's excellent location allowed easy access to the bus and train stations, making our adventures seamless. The room was spacious and well-kept, with cozy decor.
However, soundproofing between floors could be improved—noisy neighbors disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures seemed somewhat outdated, detracting from the overall experience.

Inquire about their 'to go' breakfast options for early departures—it saved me time and was very convenient.

We had a great stay with spacious rooms and a nice bathroom that the kids really loved. The balcony was a hit with them, offering a good spot to check out the bus station, and surprisingly quiet at night for a restful sleep. Easy access to Tangier and Gibraltar was a plus too.
My wife says that the room could use better soundproofing.

The location is ideal for ferry travel, with convenient parking and friendly staff at check-in. The breakfast offered fresh seasonal fruits and a good variety for the price. Although the room was spacious, it lacked better soundproofing and the shared bathroom could use a refresh. A helpful night manager provided great local dining suggestions.
